A Charity Football match in memory of Graham Boyle raised £1200 for Shrewsbury Hospital League of Friends.

The match, played on 29th June was between two 'Santos' 11's, the team Graham had founded and run for 40 years in Shrewsbury.

The entertaining encounter, played on the warmest day of the year, ultimately ended in a draw, but the game was more about the occasion than the result.

Andy Boyle (Graham's Son) who organised the game said: "It was a fantastic occasion and everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. I'm really grateful for all the players and spectators who helped raise such a great amount.  Thanks to 3JC Ltd and Cambers country stores for donating the shirts and to the many local business's who kindly donated some great raffle prizes".

The two teams ran out in kits sponsored by both 3JC and our sister company Cambers Country Stores
