Delivery Policy

Many of our items are delivered for £7.99 (excl VAT) to Mainland UK. If you place an order from a non-mainland address we may contact you regarding additional delivery charges.

Delivery charges for larger items are dependent on size, and the appropriate cost will be added to your shopping basket before you have to checkout.

Orders made for collection, please call us prior to your visit to make sure that you order is ready for collection and which depot it will be located at.

Your order may be delivered in a number of ways, either via Royal Mail, parcel courier, pallet carrier or on our own fleet of vehicles.

Please note that delivery drivers are only contracted to deliver goods to your door, or in the case of pallet deliveries to the nearest accessible hard standing dependent on the type of vehicle. It is up to the customer to arrange the unloading of goods. For larger deliveries a forkilift will be required for unloading.

Smaller, stock items (e.g boxes, parts bins) we be delierered in 2-3 working days. Larger items may take longer. If appropriate you’ll be contacted with delivery date, especially on larger goods.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands are not always classed as Mainland UK and may incur additional delivery prices. This is likely to be the case with palletised goods (for example racking and shelving).

Some of our products, such as premium lockers and workbenches are made to order. Therefore the best way we can deliver these is direct from the factory. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery in these cases.

In the unlikely event that the products you require are out of stock, you will be contacted and given the option to wait for items to come into stock, or cancel your order.

Some items which state ‘In stock’ may be delivered direct from their manufacturer and may not be our phyiscal stock ready for collecton. Call for details.

In the unlikely event goods are delivered damaged we must be informed immediately and photographic evidence to be sent as soon as possible. In the case of palletised deliveries any damage must be noted on the drivers paperwork at time of delivery. Failure to do so may make any claims for damage difficult or not possible.
